Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Become pain free to live a fulfilling life!

Our Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Home service offers

comprehensive treatment for a range of conditions, including back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle pain. In addition to traditional physiotherapy techniques, we incorporate advanced manual therapies such as dry needling, cupping, manipulation, and kinesiology tapping to address musculoskeletal issues and promote

healing.

Dry Needling: This technique involves the insertion of thin needles into trigger points within muscles, helping to relieve pain and improve muscle function by releasing tension and promoting blood flow.

Cupping: By creating suction on the skin, cupping therapy helps to increase blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate pain. It can be particularly effective for conditions such as back and neck pain.

Manipulation: Manual manipulation techniques involve applying controlled force to joints to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and alleviate pain. Our skilled physiotherapists use gentle manipulation methods to address joint dysfunction and restore function.

Kinesiology Taping: This involves applying special tape to the skin to provide support to muscles and joints, enhance circulation, and reduce pain and inflammation. Kinesiology taping can aid in injury recovery and improve movement patterns.

Through a combination of these manual therapies and targeted exercises, we help release pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall musculoskeletal function. Our at-home service ensures that you receive personalised care in a comfortable and convenient environment, enabling you to achieve optimal recovery and a pain-free lifestyle.
