We are thrilled to introduce our newest addition to the team, our highly experienced Technical Instructor Physiotherapy Assistant Arlene Easton!! With an impressive 34 years of service in the NHS and an astounding 25 years as a technical instructor, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our home physiotherapy business.
Throughout her extensive career, Arlene has gained invaluable experience in a wide range of areas. From caring for the elderly to working with orthopedic patients, amputees, individuals with mental health conditions, learning difficulties, and neurological disorders, she has acquired a diverse skill set that allows her to provide comprehensive care for individuals with varying needs.
One of the notable contributions our Technical Instructor Physiotherapy Assistant has made is her involvement in falls prevention classes. She understands the importance of maintaining balance and mobility, particularly for older adults, and is dedicated to helping individuals prevent falls and maintain their independence.
In addition to falls prevention, Arlene has also been actively involved in conducting SONAS classes. These classes focus on promoting communication, engagement, and overall well-being for individuals with dementia, recognizing the significance of meaningful connections and quality of life.
Furthermore, she has a deep passion for working with individuals with Parkinson's disease. Through her dedicated Parkinson's exercise classes, she has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement and exercise in managing the symptoms of this neurodegenerative condition.
